White Wall has a comprehensive customer satisfaction and return policy in place, ensuring that if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it within a specified timeframe. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@whitewall.com. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include the following information in your email:


  • Your name
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your order number
  • Some pictures of the issue

Including these things will help us to resolve things quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to be in touch with you.


We are unable to exchange or refund your order for customer created error such as product selection mistakes (e.g., size, style, or cover choices)


Furthermore, we cannot provide exchanges or refunds for damages caused by customer handling, storage, or treatment.


We reserve the right to request that you return the product to us and at our discretion; offer an exchange or reprint; issue store credit for items not including shipping; take no action; or, on the rare occurrence (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund. 


When returning the product, please ensure that it is appropriately packaged and protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective materials. If the goods were delivered as ordered and the price of the goods to be returned is less than 40, or if you have only made a partial payment as agreed in the contract, you are responsible for covering the regular cost of return postage. Return mail is otherwise free of charge. For items that cannot be returned as packages, we will arrange for pickup from your address.


Procedure if replacement is unavailable


In the unlikely event that the material needed for the production of your order is unavailable, we will promptly contact you. We will strive to provide an approximate delivery date or suggest alternative product options if available.
