Into the light

Diving into the ocean in the middle of the Atlantic weeks away from land in any direction is nothing short of transformational. From my personal experience it begins with looking at fear in the eyes and diving into the vast unknown. The result and growth is an overwhelming sense of connection to something so much bigger than myself, the Atlantic ocean. The silence and peace I felt is something beautiful. Hard to write about,  hard to sing about, but I invite you to experience it for yourself :)
